Watched at Home: Top 20 Streaming Films for the Week of August 28

Hey there, fellow couch potatoes! You did it. You made it through another week. Now, it’s time to look back on the films/TV shows that guided you through those long meetings, agonizing commutes and awkward conversations with overzealous co-workers via The Digital Entertainment Group’s Watched at Home Top 20. Let’s do this thing!

RELATED: September 1 Blu-ray, Digital and DVD Releases

First off, kudos for finally knocking Trolls World Tour out of the top two spots for the first time since its debut in June. It was time. And now, cooler heads have prevailed and bumped Taylor Sheridan and John Linston’s Yellowstone to the top of the charts! A round of applause for everybody who contributed to this amazing achievement. The first three seasons have linger in the Top 5 for quite a while now, which means word of mouth is only gaining traction for the hit TV series that stars Kevin Costner as a farmer who adopts an alien son and raises him to be Superman battles the world entire for land.

David Ayer’s The Tax Collector dropped to No. 4 this week followed by The King of Staten Island. The real surprises came in the form of past films like Black Panther which made its debut at No. 9 following the shocking death of star (and all around good guy) Chadwick Boseman. Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure and Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey also leapt onto the list thanks to the release of Bill & Ted Face the Music.

A little farther down saw the return of Harry Potter (?) and a random appearance from Game of Thrones: Season 1-8. Please let us know if the finale was better after the second go-round or if it was still layered with bitter disappointment.
