The 14-disc set features 31 remastered films along with trailers, audio commentaries, a 126-page book, the 2019 documentary Blood & Flesh: The Reel Life & Ghastly Death of Al Adamson and so much more! The legendary filmmaker’s work featured everything from bloody brains to vicious cowboys, naughty nurses, decrepit actors, sexy stewardesses, mad scientists, brutal bikers, Blaxploitation mayhem, kung fu killers and “scenes so SICK the movies could never show them before!”

“Al Adamson worked best on the fringes of Hollywood,” Severin president/Blood & Flesh director David Gregory said. “When considering the golden age of drive-in and grindhouse films, he’s truly in a category all his own. Secret M. Night Shyamalan movie adds Gael García Bernal

We may still be in the dark on what M. Night Shyamalan (Glass)’s next film is even about but it’s clearly attracting a glorious cast as Golden Globe winner Gael García Bernal (The Kindergarten Teacher) has signed on to the ensemble roster, according to Deadline.

The Mozart in the Jungle alum joins a cast that already includes Eliza Scanlen (Little Women), Thomasin McKenzie (True History of the Kelly Gang), Aaron Pierce (Krypton), Vicky Krieps (Phantom Thread), Alex Wolff (Hereditary), Abbey Lee (Lovecraft Country, Mad Max: Fury Road, The Dark Tower), Nikki Amuka-Bird (Avenue 5, Gold Digger, Jupiter Ascending), and Ken Leung (Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens, Inhumans, The Blacklist).

The project is written, directed, and produced by two-time Oscar nominee Shyamalan (The Sixth Sense, Signs, Unbreakable).

Shyamalan’s high-concept content has consistently captured the attention of audiences around the world for nearly two decades, having amassed more than $3.3 billion worldwide. His most recent Universal project, Glass, the culmination of his Eastrail 177 Trilogy, garnered nearly $250 million worldwide and opened No. 1 at the box office, remaining in the top spot for three weeks. Split, the second film in the epic series, also debuted at No. 1 and remained there for three weeks in a row during its 2017 release, while 2015’s The Visit brought in close to $100 million at the worldwide box office and was one of the highest-grossing horror films of the year. Having independently financed the three films with a combined production budget of $35 million, Glass, Split and The Visit went on to cumulatively gross more than $600 million worldwide. He will similarly finance his next two films.

The untitled thriller is currently slated to hit theaters on July 23, 2021.

Amber Appleton (Auli’i Cravalho) remains an optimist even when her personal life is far less stable than it appears on the surface. Roy Andersson’s About Endlessness Releasing This September

Magnolia Pictures announced they will be releasing Roy Andersson’s drama About Endlessness, a kaleidoscope reflection on human existence, in theaters and On Demand on September 18.

The latest feature from visionary Swedish filmmaker Roy Andersson (A Pigeon Sat on a Branch Reflecting on Existence), About Endlessness is a reflection on human life in all its beauty and cruelty, its splendor and banality. In his exquisitely-crafted tableau style, inconsequential moments take on the same significance as historical events: a couple floats over a war-torn Cologne; on the way to a birthday party, a father stops to tie his daughter’s shoelaces in the pouring rain; teenage girls dance outside a cafe; a defeated army marches to a prisoner-of-war camp.

Simultaneously an ode and a lament, About Endlessness presents a kaleidoscope of all that is eternally human, an infinite story of the vulnerability of existence.

The movie stars Martin Serner, Jessica Louthander, Tatiana Delaunay, Anders Hellström, Jan-Eje Ferling, Bengt Bergius, and Thore Flygel.

Lionsgate has released the Rogue trailer for director M.J. Bassett’s forthcoming action thriller film, featuring Transformers alum Megan Fox as she leads a dangerous rescue mission. In Rogue film,  Megan Fox (Transformers franchise) tackles a thrilling new role as a battle-hardened mercenary in this explosive action saga. Tom Cruise Hoping to Shoot Part of Mission: Impossible 7 in Norway

According to Deadline, Mission: Impossible franchise star Tom Cruise is aiming to return to Norway this year to film part of Mission: Impossible 7 after the country provided the backdrop for a memorable scene in Mission: Impossible – Fallout, wherein the actor scales a cliff face surrounded by mountain peaks.

Cruise spoke with Norway’s culture minister Abid Raja on Saturday about filming in the country this fall. In a clip shared by Raja (which you can view below), Cruise called Norway “a gorgeous country” and shared he “can’t wait to get back there.” Raja also hopes they’ll be able to shoot part of the film in Norway, but acknowledged that the pandemic restrictions could prove a logistical challenge for production and they “will abide by the rules and coronavirus restrictions.” Raja plans on speaking with the government about his conversation with Cruise.

The exquisite Audrey Hepburn lights up the screen in her first starring role opposite the charismatic Gregory Peck in this funny, beautiful, and intoxicating romantic comedy. Ranked as the #4 greatest love story of all time by the American Film Institute, Roman Holiday earned 10 Academy Award nominations, including Best Picture, and won Best Actress for Hepburn, Best Costume Design for legendary designer Edith Head, and Best Writing for Dalton Trumbo.

Director William Wyler’s 1953 fairy tale was one of Hollywood’s first on-location motion pictures and memorably captures the bustling streets and iconic sites of Rome. Roman Holiday expresses the exhilaration of joyously breaking free as the lead character escapes her royal obligations against the backdrop of post-war Europe embracing long-awaited peace.

Screenwriter Dalton Trumbo was blacklisted for refusing to cooperate with the House Un-American Activities Committee and his name was not included in the film’s original credits. In 1992 the Board of Governors of the Academy voted to finally credit Trumbo for the “Story Writing” Oscar and his widow received a statuette in 1993. In 2011, the WGA restored Trumbo’s name to the screenwriting credits. This is the first physical home entertainment release to correctly credit Dalton Trumbo with both the screenplay and story by credits both on packaging and the film itself.

The original negative was processed at a local film lab in Rome and was unfortunately badly scratched and damaged. The film had to be pieced back together, but the splices were so weak due to the damage that extensive amounts of tape had to be used to allow the negative to make it through a printing machine. Because of the fragile state of the negative, a Dupe Negative was made and then blown up a few thousandths of an inch to cover all the splice tape that held the original negative together.

In anticipation of this new Blu-ray release, the film was digitally restored using the Dupe Negative and a Fine Grain element to capture the best possible image. Every frame was reviewed, and the film received extensive clean up to remove thousands of scratches, bits of dirt, and other damage. Because audio elements to properly up-mix to 5.1 do not exist, the original mono track was remastered, and minor anomalies were corrected. The result is a film returned to its original vibrancy and beauty that remains true to director William Wyler’s vision.

The limited-edition Paramount Presents Blu-ray Disc is presented in collectible packaging that includes a foldout image of the film’s theatrical re-release poster, and an interior spread with key movie moments. Newly remastered from a 4K film transfer, the Roman Holiday Blu-ray also includes a new Filmmaker Focus with film historian Leonard Maltin, access to a Digital copy of the film, as well as previously released featurettes on Academy Award-winner Audrey Hepburn, Edith Head’s Oscar-winning* costumes, the blacklisting of screenwriter Dalton Trumbo, and much more.
